IIM Lucknow Launches Two-Year MBA in Family Business

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has launched a two-year MBA programme in Family Business aimed at business owners and the next generation of family enterprise leaders. The programme focuses on developing management, leadership and strategic decision-making skills to sustain and grow family businesses.

The curriculum includes six Family Business Labs across six trimesters, covering enterprise diagnosis, vision and strategy, succession planning, leadership transition, innovation and venture investing.
