B.Sc. in Respiratory Care Technology, also known as Bachelor of Respiratory Technology (B.RT), is a four-year undergraduate allied health sciences programme designed to train students in the assessment and management of patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders.

The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical clinical training in respiratory physiology, respiratory therapy, ventilator management, oxygen administration and critical care support. Students learn to operate respiratory care equipment, monitor patients' breathing patterns, assist with airway management and support physicians in treating patients with conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia and respiratory failure.

Graduates can pursue careers in hospitals, intensive care units (ICUs), emergency departments, pulmonary rehabilitation centres and specialised respiratory care facilities.
